Cuisine! For countries like China, Asia, Korea, and Vietnam, it is common to be taught to use chopsticks to eat your food from a young age. In India, however, many people just use their hands, believing that it is just as civilized. In most of the Southeast and Middle East, it is tradition to have a certain hand that is used for eating, and a hand that is not. Where we have bread in America, rice is the representative of bread in most of Asia. It is so widely used that it is difficult to have a meal that does not include rice. Religion is something that limits the foods that can be eaten, such as pork. It is well-known that Muslims will not eat pork, and Hindus will not eat beef.
SATAY! Satay is probably the most popular meal in Asia, and is basically just any meat put on a stick and roasted on a fire.
